My wife and I will be celebrating our 4th anniversary in March. I'm a high school soccer coach and have Tuesday-Sunday of Spring Break off (middle of march).

We usually celebrate at the Nugget in LC but we will finally be debt free (student loans can suck it) and are wanting to possibly go on a quick trip. Not wanting to spend a heck of a lot of money, ideally.

We would fly out on a Tuesday and come back on Saturday. We are beach/resort people. We would need to fly out of IAH or Hobby and ideally would want a nonstop flight somewhere. Wanting good food, a nice resort, and a nice beach.

My initial ideas were: Isla Mujeres, Miami, Cabo, Aruba

We aren't opposed to staying in the states, but ideally it would be nice to go somewhere warmer and I know in mid-March it could still be cold in certain places.

It's still a long way out, but just wanted to pick y'alls brain on ideas!

flights to cun right now are pretty pricey. I'm going to Cancun 3/13-3/18 and I'm waiting on those to come down a good bit before we book.

Turks and Caicos are fairly easy to get to. We were there a few years ago. Beautiful beaches, but not much else frankly.

Roatan, Honduras , Belize, Mexico. I'd be flying to Central America if I wanted to fly direct from IAH. Anything in Caribbean will likely put you through Miami.
