Anyone been recently? We went in January before covid. Haven't been since. I know the governor removed the mask mandate last week. wondering how that relates to OS and if there are live bands, full outdoor capacity, etc. TIA

Hung out at the Palace Casino sportsbook on 9/20, then took an Uber to Ocean Springs that night. Went to three bars on Government St., no masks needed. Not sure if there was limited capacity, but we walked right in to each spot. Very enjoyable, live music at 2/3 bars.

It's true. Life is normal on the coast for the most part.

Business as usual. They are supposed to have 75% capacity, but no one is monitoring. Some restaurants have taken a few tables out to space things out, but overall it's rolling on.

It’s a great little city. In fact the entire area is. So much to do.

But like someone said...don’t go this weekend or next. Cruising on the coast is in town and it’s a shite show. Very chaotic. Probably can’t find a room that’s not astronomical high either.

I’ve been here on the coast since Friday, 6 nights now and staying until Sunday.

It’s been great. No COVID bullshite, no masks, no “social distancing (hate that fricking term), no wimp or pussies. It’s been great. JBE can eat a wet sack of dicks.

Mississippi gulf coast is awesome and so close to home
