Nice area to live in for a college student going to South Alabama

Looking for nice apartments for sister in law to stay in while she attends South Alabama.

Check out these Spring Hill places which are nice and just down the street from South. Safe area and convenient to campus
-Spanish Villa Condos
-The Highland at Spring Hill
-There are some townhomes on Du Rhu Drive right next to the Highlands that young professionals and older students live in
-There are some new condos at 3655 Old Shell Road not sure if any are for rent
There are lots of apartments in West Mobile that are popular with USA students but I'm not sure which ones are the best.
