New York resort brain fart help

So I was looking the other day at honeymoon stuff. And I came across this resort in NYC on the water. Maybe like 12 rooms or so. I can’t think of the name. Very expensive. Prob a lot of corporate retreats there as well. Pretty sure it’s all inclusive. For example on sundays I think they have to wear black tie affair and get dressed up to eat together. Someone help me! There’s a house with an old school boat parked under it.
