We are planning to go to Daytona or Talladega for my bachelor party. We'll have a group of twenty 30 year olds and we plan to get a couple RVs. Can anyone recommend which race to go to or if we should stay in the inner ring or just get a hotel room?

I’ve been to Talladega more times than I can count. Never been to Daytona. Talladega has calmed down a lot over the last 10-20 years, and honestly the parking lots outside the track get wilder than the infield, or it seemed that way to me last time I went 5 or so years ago.

I’d definitely recommend staying on site as opposed to a hotel. We always took an RV to one of the privately owned campgrounds there that had full electric and water hookups. I think the RV lots the track owns have just water so you’ll need a generator. C&C Campground is where we stayed. They can be strict on noise curfew.

Both are great tracks to see a race. For a bachelor party I’d probably lean Daytona, just because they have more hotel/night life accommodations and you get the beach outside the race. But RV’s are great at either track.

go to talladega with RVs and stay in the reserved RV lot outside of the track. venture over to the first come first served RV lot for the party and people watching.

I just stayed in the infield at Spring Dega this year, great time. I recommend the infield and the blvd now.

At least from what I saw the outside has calmed down especially on Saturday night because they let anyone into the infield on Saturday night now.
