Japan Travelers need advice

I will likely go to Japan again for work Osaka and maybe Tokyo
I want to extend trip maybe do some other things looking for suggestions
I have been to Osaka, Koyto, and Tokyo
But just once and I have just scratch the surfice so just curious what are some must sees.
I saw you could do Mt Fuji from Tokyo in a day

I think a week of training in Osaka. I might get asked to visit Tokyo office.
I was thinking extending 2-4 days but trying to figure out what that would be.
I have been to Shinto Shrine in Koyoto.
If I go to Tokyo office might just extend a day or two

You can absolutely do Mount Fuji in a day. We were fortunate enough to have access to my sister's car so we could drive but I think there are shuttles that will take you up to the fifth station.
We spent more time traveling to and from the mountain than we did on the actual mountain and it was still 100% worth the trip. Eat some curry and have a beer and just enjoy the view. Get a Japanese pancake! I got a custard-filled one but they have all kinds of flavors.
Mount Fuji might have been my favorite part of my entire trip. It is truly breathtaking. Bring a hoodie.
I freaking love Japan.
