Yes I will post some info when I get home later.

ETA:

Ronnie is the captain's name and here are some pics. His boat is named Miriam. They will make ceviche as an appetizer and cook the fish with mayan spices right there on the beach as you come ashore. We caught lots of barracuda, 3 wahoo and 2 grouper. We "traded" the wahoo and grouper for a free day-trip to the zipline/adventure park as we came ashore. We had never had barracuda to eat so we kept that and cooked it.

The red rub is called Achiote. Fish is delicious cooked the way depicted. Rub the Achiote in and bake with tomatoes and onions. Great meal.

When we're on Isla we eat Mexican Sierra fish cooked that way. I don't know about nor do I really want to try barracuda when a delicious fish like Sierra is readily available. You do have to deal with bones with Sierra but it's worth the work.

I've had Wahoo and grouper countless times. It was something different and we all enjoyed a day at the zip line snd snorkel park

Try capt pulpo. We had a trip scheduled this past weekend but were unable to go due to weather. Lots of people recommended him on tripadvisor.
If you want a big boat you can try keen m.
