That’s what I am saying, I don’t think any Italian main dishes were offered at Palo.

Maybe I missed it, but I assume you must've done dinner at Palo and not brunch? That may be why you didn't see any Italian main dishes.

Ahh that explains it. I feel like you would've enjoyed brunch A LOT more.

IF you ever happen to make it back on a DCL cruise, make sure to get a reservation for brunch at Palo. Highly recommend it.

We have only done Disney cruises and we are not Disney people at all. In fact, my kids (14 and 11) have never been to Disney world. The Disney cruise is amazing and I’ve been told it’s difficult to go on a different cruise line after going Disney. I believe it.

There are some things they do amazing and others, not so much.

Their pool decks suck. Their entertainment (outside of the production shows) is mediocre at best. They are not a good value in terms of cost.

BUT, the main dining room food is good. Service is excellent. Clientele is nice.

I believe it.

Adults only pool area is substantially better than kids.

Food, service, and clientele are important to me, especially while on a cruise ship.

Very much so. Carnival is the trashy Wal-Mart cruise.
Royal Caribbean is nicer and they also have Celebrity which is owned by them but more of a “premier” line. Much, much nicer.
Norwegian is nice, better than Carnival (everything is better than Carnival), but not as nice as Celebrity.
You really do get what you pay for.
