Ours was I think 5 days and they packed a lot in, but wasn't to the point that we ever felt rushed. Really enjoyed the night we had in Akureyri too. Got a little silly at a local bar. Brennivin is not good

It's a great visit, one that I loved, but Cambodia and the temples edges it out.
