How long for eMed results to be emailed? (Updated)

I just completed an eMed test to return to the country and haven't received the results confirmation document yet. For those who have completed covid test via eMed, how long did it take in between when they confirmed your result and when you received the confirmation document in your email? Seeing online the norm is 15 mins but it has been closer to 30. I had a family member receive the email within 15 minutes after taking the test after me. My spam folder is empty. Just want to be sure I'm not missing something!


Update for posterity in case anyone runs into this issue: I didn’t receive the email, submitted a help ticket, and didn’t receive a timely response. Called the 1-800 number and they answered almost right away and re-sent the email which also came through almost right away. If this happens to anyone reading this, I would recommend just calling the 1-800 number.
