Horseback riding around Gatlinburg

Bringing the family to Sevierville/Gatlinburg next week. Kids ages 4, 6, 8, and 13. Seeing if anyone had good experiences with a particular company for riding horses. Looking to ride for 90 minutes max.
Also, it's been about 15 years since I've hiked Mount Le Conte. I remember it taking about 5-6 hours total, but not being too strenuous. Y'all think a 6 and 8 y.o. boys can complete that trail?

We did this in a place in Townsend which is by Cades Cove on the other side the pass from Gatlinburg. Kids loved it. Was a fun trail ride through the area.
