Honeymoon Ideas end of October/Early November

So I’m the family travel advisor.
Sister had Hawaii booked end of Oct/early Nov, 5 nights at the Grand W, 5 at the Hyatt Kauai. Both properties won’t be opening until shortly after their trip and they cancelled the reservations.
Scrambling to find them something else and their vacation days are set in stone. Any other options that scream doable both internationally/USA. She’s a dr so has accesses to quick COVID tests if need be.

I took my wife (no pics) to Casa Velas in Puerta Vallarta in mid November (anniversary is the 13th) and I highly recommend it. Weather was warm and sunny for the 5 days we were there. Direct flight on American from DFW.

We are heading to Belize on Oct 25th for our honeymoon. They are opening up for tourism on Oct. 1. We are doing a inland/island package with Coco Plum. They seem to have been very proactive with precautions. They do recommend a negative PCR test within 72 hours of flights, otherwise you will be held up in customs till you get your result back there.

We did that exact trip for our honeymoon in mid October. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of outdoor stuff to do in Kauai and then finish by total relaxation at the Andaz. That’s a bummer they canceled on you.
What about something in the Caribbean? There’s a park Hyatt in St. Kitts that we’ve had our eye on for a while.
