Looking for recommendations for condos in the Watercolor, Seagrove area. We usually go in September or October so hopefully crowds will not be too bad. Looking for something with a nice pool and not too long of a walk to the beach.

Check out the beach homes of Summers Edge. This a cute gated community on the beach side of 30A in Sea Grove Beach. The community has two pools ( one is heated) and they have a private boardwalk to beach. Here is an example, but they have something like 80 homes in the community

First two weeks or so of October are fall break so prices can increase dramatically those weeks. For a better deal you'd be best off looking prior to that or mid to late October. Late October you are pushing your luck on a cold front potentially.
