Second Purgatory.
We also skied Brian Head in Utah last year. Very small, but we had fun and basically zero lines when we went.

Not exactly off the radar but I recommend Loveland. Easy to get to, affordable, no nonsense, and the view from the top of Lift 9 straddling the Divide is as good as it gets. Stay in Georgetown or Dillon.
