On that trip it was just me and my GF so we only did one. We wanted to do Akumal Bay and sea turtles, put the preserve was closed to the public. The one we took, we booked on site at the dive shop which is actually on the Tulum property. They took us to the Coba resort parking lot.and pit us in two seat buggies.
Drove through the Sian Kaan property out the back gate and into the jungle. Met up with a van which took us to the Aktun Chen cenote and nature preserve. Toured a dry cave, swam in the cenote, back to the buggies and back to the parking lot. About three hours all in all and was a good time. If I recall it was about 35.00 pp US. Guide was great, but the road in and out is dusty as shite. (They give you masks)
GF did the Dolphinarium at Tulum just because. It was a bit pricy but worth it since the turtle trip got whacked. Enjoy your trip. It’s a big property with lots to see.

Great. We plan on doing the cenote and dolphins. May consider the sea turtles if it is open. I want to go to the ruins as well

Are the discounted prices advertised on the site? Right now we are finding $550-$600 a night with a 3 night minimum? Does that price sound right?
That’s the “normal” price back in the forgotten times of 2019.
Last email I got from them had a code automatically populate in the search bar when I went to the site. Try the code “IMBOOKINGNOW”.
I’ll keep a lookout for a new one and post it as they send me an email monthly it seems trying to get people down there.

Stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum early April
Resort - Very clean and well kept. Only had to wear mask in dining area. Workers were very nice.
Food was ok. Drinks were good.
Ocean had seaweed in it except for a couple of small stretches. Workers were constantly picking it up along with rocks. The rocks were the worst part. They had one section which didn't have any rocks but the rest were very rocky and dangerous. Water was pretty though
We had to do covid testing 2 days before flying out. This was quick, and they swabbed your brain like normal.
Weather was awesome!! Overall, we had a great time and would go back here.
ETA: We did the dolphins at the resort and it was a blast. We tried to snorkel off the coast, but the water was too rough to leave the marina.
