Global Entry Application Processing Time?

We (me, husband, 12-year old daughter) applied for Global Entry on 1/19/22. I and my daughter were “Conditionally Approved” the very next day. My husband is still “Pending Review”. (I’m not sure what they review, but this is the opposite of what I would I have expected because he is clean and already in law enforcement systems for concealed carry permits, etc., whereas I figured I have at least a yellow flag on my government profile due to many, many trips to China.) Anyone have an idea how long it generally takes them to clear people that they do not immediately clear? At some point our conditional approval will expire and I’d rather do all 3 interviews at once.

All I found on the CBP website was that processing time "can exceed 90 days" (without giving an max estimated processing time).
