last month we were in Ft. Worth and went to Melis Taqueria for breakfast tacos. They were outstanding. I assume thier other tacos are also good. Hole in the wall place

Derek Allan’s is better than Heim. Panther City was too, at least when they were mobile. Had heard they were opening a brick and mortar but we moved before that happened.
I agree with anyone else who said don’t waste your time/money at Joe T’s. Lonesome Dove is a great rec, especially if you’re already heading to the stockyards. Magnolia Ave has a lot of options, from Thai to sushi to tacos (Yucatán, salsa limon) to pizza (Cane Rosso) to finer dining (ellerbe’s).
