Fishing Costa Rica in February

I am headed to Dominical, Costa Rica for the first time in late February. I'm looking for offshore fishing recommendations. TIA

I fished just up the road out of Quepos (Quepos Fish Adventure), but did inshore for Roosters only. The sailfish bite should be hot in February.
