Edisto Beach?

Anyone ever been to Edisto? If so, how is the area? Seems very low key .KInd of like outer banks?? heading there in spring but really do not know anyone else who has gone there .

Low key, old school beach that is mostly just houses. There is a Piggly Wiggly at the beach and a couple of very small commercial businesses.
Good choice is you want to beach, cook at your house, and relax. It it like how SC beaches used to be back in the day.

I love Edisto, but I also like going to the beach and doing as little as possible.

Stop by Marsh Hen Mill on your way to the beach - used to be Geechee Boy. Also be absolutely sure you go check out Botany Bay. It’s a beautiful place, and it’s not far before the beach.
Really laid back little town. Families dominate the rental market, so there’s not a lot of loud partying.
