Thinking of booking a trip there. Looking for input from people who may have stayed there. Really want to go to Pearl Harbor on this trip. Appreciate any recommendations.

Expensive and very secluded. You will need a rental. My family enjoyed the resort. They have a nice lagoon, lazy river, swimming pools, and water slides. Make sure to book a spa treatment, it’s the best spa I’ve been to. I prefer Maui but my family wouldn’t mind Aulani again.

It’s away from everything and you’ll be stuck in rush hour traffic going towards and from Honolulu/Pearl Harbor but other than that it’s a great location and beautiful grounds. The lagoons at ko olina are a nice place to swim and picnic/grill if you enjoy that as well.

Reserve Pearl Harbor as soon as you can.

I'm sure you'd have a great time but I've never stayed at the resort but I've been to the lagoons. To me this is not the best way to see Oahu or Hawaii as you are basically doing full on Disney Tourist. As said, its on the leewared side of the island which is a good driving distance from Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, the north shore, etc.
