I've stayed at both recently and love both of them..
Grand is by far my favorite and the convenience of the monorail to Magic and Epcot is fantastic.. Every restaurant there is good and the lobby is an awesome spot to relax, have a cocktail while listening to the piano guy play and people watch..
Wilderness we did this past summer and my kids loved the boat rides to the park and that lakeside bar was one of the coolest hangout spots and the food selection was good.

Just be aware that Epcot is undergoing a lot renovations right now, so some attractions might not be open. Epcot's 40th anniversary is coming up in 2022, hence the renovations.
