Wife and I are headed to Denver on the 19th for the weekend. We will be going to see Luke Combs on Saturday the 21st at Empower/Mile High. Other than that, no itinerary.
Looking for recs for brunch/lunch/dinner, any “must dos” for a short visit, breweries, or other nightlife/live music spots to hit.
Staying at a Marriott property downtown using points. Not wanting to travel much outside the city besides the airport ride in/out.

We went mountain biking in Boulder our last trip to Denver and enjoyed it. They pick you up at Denver hotel and supply everything.
I don’t enjoy Denver too much. But Red Rocks and the mountains are close by. I remember hanging out in RiNo for dinner and drinks one night. We had a good time in the area.

RINO is a great area
go to a Rockies game
take a drive to red rocks, hike the park and get a drink/meal in morrison
while in red rocks area go to dinosaur ridge
hit up a dispensary and get you some nugs
go on a grow house tour

Senor Bear, Tavernetta, and El Five were all delicious dinner spots. We also really liked Denver Biscuit Company. Did a RiNo brewery walking tour that was a lot of fun. It brings you by all of the cool street art and graffiti in the district. Pike's Peak is a fun quick trip if you want to see some snowy mountains.

Ultreia at Union Station was a really good dinner spot. Not sure, but they probably do brunch as well

I just moved back to Baton Rouge from Denver a few months ago. On Air B&B they have a bar crawl experience all around Coors Field for $20. It was an absolute blast. Everyone was from somewhere different and it was great to get to know about totally different ways of life while getting toasted. The organizer is friends with a lot of the bar owners, so we usually got at least 1 free drink at every stop.

My personal favorite restaurant in Denver is Safta. It’s Israeli food and very good. The lamb hummus is amazing.
Odell and Oskar Blues are IMO the best breweries. Guava Rodeo at Oskar is my favorite beer ever.
Onefold is the consensus best breakfast/brunch restaurant, but it can get a little busy.
Wash Park is my favorite park in the city. City Park also has great views of the mountains behind downtown.
Spice Room is another one of my favorite restaurants. It’s Indian food, very good. It’s also a short drive to and from Mile High.
Tacos Los Guerreros is the best tacos, but it is about 20 minutes out of the city in the suburbs.
Best barbeque is Smokin Yards. Best pizza is Blue Pan, Homegrown, Sexy Pizza, or Happy Camper. I wouldn’t call these places ‘must-see’, just places you can go to if you have a fixin for those kinds of food. They are still delicious though!
