Should we be looking for a home base in either RiNo
or LoDo areas? Would like to be within walking distance of as much as possible.

Rino or LoDo would be fine. The two neighborhoods run into one another.

As mentioned above, either would be fine. Depending on your age, I'd lean RiNo for absolute proximity.
Another option is LoHi, which has a few good bars + Happy Camper should be good when bars/restaurants reopen. Same owner as Happy Camper, Homeslice and Paradise Park in Chicago - pizza places with more of an airy, bar atmosphere.

Happy Camper is definitely about to be the go to day drinking spot. That patio is legiitttt

Thanks guys. Our group is 30-35 age range. Found a couple of solid AirBnB’s in each neighborhood.
