Day trip to Hamburg recommendations

Will be in Hamburg in an hour, was hoping to catch a tour but am going to miss it so will be on my own for awhile.
Any recommendations on things to checkout?

Go check out miniature wonderland. Then, take a river tour. It’s the 3rd largest port city in Europe. You should be able to find something good to eat without having to look.
Drink their beer.
