Spring is my favorite time in NYC. Pleasant to cool weather, all of the flowering trees in Central Park. Nice enough weather to walk everywhere, early produce at the Union Square greenmarket....

I agree you can feel the city coming alive in spring when the weather is nice, it’s just it seems like the weather often isn’t nice. Too cold and too wet leave for few nice spring days. Weather is most predictable and nice in September, IMO.
