Chase Ultimate Rewards Portal question

So I just signed up for the Chase Sapphire Preferred and will hit the 60,000 bonus with ease well before the 3 month window expires .
I'm going on and looking for a trip to Paris in December... but can you not book Flight/hotel together as 1 transaction?
I'm only able to get flights prices on it now ... meanwhile If I go through travelocity on my own.. I can get flight and hotel for 5 night cheaper than just the flight price alone on the CHase Rewards website.

Once you book the fight, it will let you book an associated hotel for the trip

Thank you. It's a much better deal going through travelocity for me for this particular trip so I will be doing it that way it appears.

You get more bang for your buck by transferring the chase UR to United miles and booking through United. If you book before the dynamic pricing change in Nov, you should be able to find a saver award to Europe for 30k from Memphis.

If he's flying business class, then he'll definitely get more value by transferring points. But sometimes it's cheaper to book through the Chase Portal for economy.

Just fyi, if you ever upgrade to the Reserve you'll get much better value for those points.
