Broadway shows and places to eat before/after

We're going to see a few Broadway shows next week and would like some restaurant recs for before or after the show. My kid is a 17 year old theater fanatic, so bonus points if you can recommend a place that would be a fun or interesting experience. We aren't picky about type of food, as long as it's good. We'll be seeing Hadestown (Walter Kerr Theatre on 48th St.) and Dear Evan Hansen (Music Box Theatre on 45th St.)
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Two ramen spots in Hell's Kitchen spring to mind: Ipppudo, which is nicer & a full on Japanese restaurant; and Totto Ramen, a very small basement-level ramen shop w/a ramen-only menu & lots of Japanese students as patrons.

Carmine’s is a very cool family dining type place. Huge portions made to share. Very nice old school NY type place.

Sardi’s.
Sure it’s kind of touristy but a must do- especially if it’s your kid is a theater fan and it’s their first time there. It’s in the theater district and a lot of people stop in there before and after the shows. The walls are lined with caricatures of famous people who have popped into Sardi’s. You never know who you will see there. Ifs a fun spot.
Make sure you ask for cheese and crackers there.

I've heard that Ellen's Stardust Diner was fun.

John's of Times Square is in a old church and on 44th, may want to grab a pizza then pop over to Junior's for a slice of cheesecake.

I also enjoy John's Pizza. Looks like nothing from the outside but is such a nice surprise on the inside. And the pizza is good!
I also enjoy a place called Hurley's Tavern on W.48th.
Used to love a little place called Sosa Borella but sadly it is permanently closed.
There are tons of pretty decent restaurants on W 46th (Restaurant Row) but one of my favorites is La Rivista.
