Best site for travel plans or travel agent?

Looking to take the kiddos to Mexico for their first trip and wanting to book flights and resort. Would prefer an all inclusive and stay around the playa del carmen area. Recommendations?

Stayed at the Barcelona resort south of playa (10 min). They had 5 different levels you could book. All inclusive, booked our own flights. Kids had a great time.

It is fairly easy to do today by yourself, many airlines offer flight + hotel packages that you can include extra activities. You can also go on TripAdvisor or Viator and book any other type of tour you would like to do.

I assume this is Barcelo you stayed at. Its one that I had bookmarked. Looks huge and set up well. Beach access? Offer any shuttle to downtown playa to 5th ave?
