You will definitely be able to get into the park, but unless you get a reservation, you only be able to access Trail Ridge Road between the hours of 2 pm and 9 am, and Bear Lake Road between 6 pm and 5 am. Looks like most of the reservations are booked into July for Trail Ridge Road, but there are some for the 4pm slot for Bear Lake Road. Just get on the time entry website right 7 pm sharp the day before you want to get a pass and you should be able to get a good time slot.
