We went this weekend for the first time. We got down there late Thursday afternoon and came home today.
It’s going to the beach without going to the beach. It has great restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.
Some of just a few restaurants to mention:
Thorny Oyster (amazing!!!)
The Buttercup for breakfast
The Mockingbird for the best coffee and sandwiches.
It’s a big golf cart community, but very easy to walk, if you stay in Old Town. There’s a lot of AirBnB’s in Old Town.

Been there many times. A fun, close getaway. Sycamore House, Rum Kitchen, and Blind Tiger are a few more restaurants for you to try. (I’ve got more, but these are just off the top of my head.)
