Heading to Jamaica Next Thursday and need to get one done. Do we just print what populates in our chart when order is resulted? (I’m on MyChart with Ochsner).

Who physically requests to see it? Ticket counter? Or once through security?

Any tales of the experience is appreciated. Thanks!

When I traveled recently it was the airline ticket counter who checked the papers.

Same here. Ticket counter checks your Covid test results before issuing boarding pass.

Since December I’ve traveled to Turks and Caicos, Costa Rica, Maldives and London. Each place has its own requirements plus you need the 72 hour Covid test to return to the USA. All four foreign destinations required registering on an app or government web page showing some combination of negative test, vaccination and/or health insurance. You had to show whatever was required to get your boarding pass.

Costa Rica... as mentioned need to register, small insurance premium and then took Rapid test at airport on way back home, 30 mins for results and provide them to ticket counter. Flawless.

Super simple. All they are looking for is the word negative. They hardly even glance at it

Once you check in you don't need to show it at security

Make sure you get a test done before returning the the US as you'll need one then too
