Airbnbs in Oahu and Maui

Anticipate traveling to Hawaii in June. Group of at least 6, all family, no small children. I have been 3 times before and would like to avoid hotel stays.
Can anyone please recommend good Airbnbs in both Oahu and Maui? Also any to stay away from?
Thanks so much.

Just got back from Oahu…. Hit and miss….
We stayed near North Shore… nice little neighborhood.
But it’s not the beach vibe like the panhandle…
Specify a/c.. our house advertised it… but it was portable units in the BRs…. No central

On the North Shore, are there still homeless camps on the beaches? Last time we were there we couldn't see the beach from the road because their tents were in between.
Thanks for the tip on the AC. I'm guessing because the weather is so good and the trade winds so cooling (and the price of electricity so high) many people do without.

Homeless are there for sure. But plenty of beaches without camps, etc.
We stayed in Ha’uula (sp?). Local vibes for sure
