I don't know how to post a pictures on here. But meet with a guy in Tua, Philippines. Had Conecuh sausage. I grew up in lower Alabama and it was absolutely amazing and shocking to see it all the over here. Had to share with fellow travelers

I've had it a few places in Pi and agree...it's really god and so different from the other proteins they have.

They don't get much "spice" over there but it does have a bit of tase like home. Back in 2017 when we went I brought a few tubs of Zatarains seasoning for a shrimp boil (that was fun going through TSA) and the people we boiled shrimp for thought I was Emeril himself

That's a good idea. I'm headed to Phoenix on Tuesday and im load up on spices for the trip back.
