Definitely do the Jameson and guiness tours. One surprise that was fun when we went was the Irish stud farm. Beautiful area. If driving plan to be distracted and stop at many unplanned castles and churches. They are literally everywhere.

Thanks yessir & Houston Texas Tiger for the tips. The Guinness tour is on our itinerary. I bookmarked yessir 2016 trip so I can refer to it as we're traveling thru the areas too.

and since HoustonGumbeauxGuy hasn't stopped by to mention it yet, make sure you post a review when you get back. At the end of each day, maybe jot down a few quick notes about what you did. I didn't do that, and I wish I had. Would've retained a lot more.
