What’s the use case? Is this a one time meeting? Is video required? Or will you be using it regularly?

One time deal then tje app on your phone is the way to go. If it’s for an interview or something professional then get yourself some sort of adjustable stand so you don’t have to hold your phone. It will make a difference to whoever is on the other end. And once
You have the app go in and start a meeting so you can see what it looks like and how to control audio, video, etc. Don’t wait until the actual meeting to sis’s all that out.

I just usually prop it up against my whiskey glass.

Thank you sir... and thanks to everyone that took the time to reply.. It was a success...

It was my first ever Zoom call... With a Television Company in England that has interest in making a trailer for my WWII screenplay...

This was my backdrop.

Excellent! Is the trailer being made so you have something to pitch the whole thing being made?

Yes Sir.. That is correct.

I've written a WWII screenplay and believe me it is garnering interest.

I want to just pay someone to film and edit under my direction. Put the trailer on Youtube and other places.. possible short film festivals.

And while it is not a problem of money. it's also looking like I need my own camera and editing software for myself.

I am going to make a post about it somewhere on here, just don't know where.

And honestly, I have never been a patient man. But I am enjoying this tremendously and enjoying the journey.

Oh.. I did post something on TD about it.
