Not available on my iPhone 6 with Unlimited data. I bought the phone unlocked through the Apple Store so maybe it isn't registered in ATT's system though.
I bought a 6s though the Apple store and I have it.

The one disadvantage I read is that depending on your plan, there may not be seamless transition if you leave a WiFi zone during a call. An example would be starting a call in your home, and then driving off in your car. The call may drop depending on if you have their HD voice plan or not.
Would likely be a minor inconvenience as it usually isn't a huge deal to call someone right back.

It worked today, not sure why it wouldn't yesterday.

I had a small interruption in my call last night as I walked outside of my garage while talking to a friend. LTE took over, but there was a small gap in sound. Neither of us could hear one another during it.
It's not that big of a deal, and I'd imagine as the technology comes into wider use by Wireless providers they'll tighten up the handoff so that eventually its seamless.
