Why is Facebook such a Pain in the arse to login into??

Dropped my cellphone in to the ocean the other night (iPhone 8) - Had a bunch of family in town and did not want to spend 2+ hours at Verizon to get a new one
Anyways, I am on my laptop trying to log into facebook and it has a 6 digit code that I have to use to login to.
I enter my login and password and it emails me a 6-digit code and the fricking 6-digit code and it will not accept it
I can;t the the text code to my cell because my cell is toast, so I have asked it to email me the code. It sends the code but the damn code does not work.
Any suggestions on how to fix this shite without having to send a pic of me with a written note with my name on it?

Why do people think they are so cool because they are not on facebook? I am personally on there for family and friends that I personally know but I also run our facebook business page which generates a lot of business for us

Same here. TD has a form of virtue signaling when it comes to FB.
Now to your question.. keep trying the emailed code. It might take multiple times to work.
If you aren’t successful I would just solve your cell phone problem first.

Maybe you'll get lucky and some hacker will see your message, but in the meantime you're pretty screwed. Just make another account?
