Why does Edge browser suddenly have " - Work -" in the title bar of every pop up window?

Lets get it out of the way; i have to test this browser for work so 'use chrome or x' isn't an option here.
This is a recent thing; I hadn't noticed it until a week or so ago and thought it was something messed up on my PC but i asked around and co-workers noticed it as well.
its only in edge; not any other browser. any thoughts?
To test, just pop any window out (gmail has this option) and look at the title bar.
