Whats a good app for fixing a stuck pixel?

New screen or phone. I've had stuck pixels on a few monitors and TVs over the years, and apps such as Jscreenfix had no effect but wasting my time and energy. I think if they ever appear to work, it's mere coincidence.

It's just one damn blue pixel near center of screen. Tried an app yesterday but it sucked up so much juice it ran my battery to zero even while phone hooked up to charger.

Yep, and against all logic I try to use them every time I have a stuck pixel, and they have never worked.

Well, at least I purchased a best buy protection plan when I bought it in June.

Look up LCD screen burn in /stuck pixel video.
There are multiples of these on YouTube. Try those. You could also find one of those seizure inducing flashing vids and play that for a day. Just don't sit and watch it.
