YouTube tv on my Roku based TCL SMART TV. and on my Apple TV. No issue on either.

I have two Roku Premiers, and two FireTVs. I have used them on DirecTV Now, AT&T TV Now, YTTV, and Hulu. I have Spectrum for my ISP, it started at 100Mbps, then was upgraded to 200 Mbps (free upgrade), and then just this past year they upgraded me to 400 Mbps (this upgrade is for 3 years if I keep my home phone). Never, across all of this have I had any buffering issues with the Rokus or the FireTVs. Now I do have to pull the power on them about every 4-5 months to do a hard reboot.
