If I wanted to build a website similar to hotels.com or google/flights what systems would your recommend?
I've got a database of assets and I want to create a search function that displays the top matches in a user friendly presentation.
Database isn't big approximately 650 rows and 100-150 columns.

Do you have a basic design/layout in mind? Need any specific features? Language requirements? Any idea what sort of algorithm is going to decide what is a "top" match? Do you want nice "app-like" effects in the UI, or would a basic static results page be fine? Etc?

I did a google search for travel site templates and found this page listing several. LINK / You might see if any of them would work. If you find one that meets your needs, buying and customizing a template will probably be a lot quicker and cheaper than building it yourself.
