Webcam for TV

I have an extra tv I want to setup in my office for conference calls. What’s the best way to setup a webcam attached and connected to the tv? Is there a preferred webcam model that has zoom/teams/etc functionality built in?

I bought an ACEPC micro desktop, connected it to the TV with an HDMI cable, and a webcam to the PC with a USB (along with wireless mouse and keyboard). I use it for non-work Zoom/Teams calls a couple of times per week.
ETA...they are only about $150-$200 on Amazon right now.
