Use outlook contacts for google meet

When I am adding guests for a google meet, only our staff names show up when I type a letter or 2. How can I get people outside our organization to show up in the list when I start to type a letter?

Probably have to add them as contacts in your mail app, or have IT create a contact list for “external contacts” on server side
