Looking to upgrade out video conferencing quality/ capabilities at our office. It's a small conference room (3-5 people). Want to be able to both connect with clients at their homes, but also bring clients in to the conference room in our office and have a seamless, high quality meeting/ presentation with an employee who is in a different office.
Currently we just stream a laptop with camera to a TV in the conference room.
We use Microsoft Teams.
Any recommendations?

I've found that Poly meeting room solutions are pretty awesome. They're basically high end all in one soundbars that allow for basic calling, audio & video meetings, and tight integrations with Zoom and/or Teams.

Crestron Flex Kit (display and camera would be separate)

I would also recommend the Poly Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions. Like mentioned it is usually a soundbar looking device with a touch control panel. Microsoft Teams for Rooms is a separate license now. But essentially you configure the room as a resource, associate the devices with that room and when you schedule meetings in that room they just pop up on the control device and you tap start meeting.
