Updating Nexus 7 (2012) to 5.1

I rooted my Nexus 7 (2012) a while back using the Nexus Root Toolkit. I have a system update available for 5.1; however, every time I try to install it the screen with all the "root" info pops up. Any tips on how to install the update without having to completely wipe my device? Thanks.

Im not intalling the update...rooting, overclocking, etc and I have mine running as good as its gonna get....

Im still running KitKat 5.0.2 but Ive deleted all the bloatware and freed up tons of RAM. Everyday it wants me to update to 5.1 but Im not doing it.
