Turtle box won’t charge

All it will do is blink but it won’t hold a charge. What can I do to fix this

Contact customer support or take it apart and replace the battery.

Use the tv charger. If you don’t, it won’t charge. Did this last week and it worked after I found mine. Was charging with some junk one I had laying around house

Call them. They have some of the best customer service around.
