Trying to sync calendar from iOS to Outlook

My daughter's soccer team uses an app, TeamSnap, and it allows us to sync the calendar to our phone. It created a separate iOS calendar when I subscribed to it, which is nice, and it will update when the coach/manager changes anything within the app.
I'm trying to sync/copy it to our family shared Outlook calendar. I can manually add each one to the Outlook, but it won't pick up any changes. The wife is finally trying to get organized and keep a digital calendar, instead of her old method of a planner, so I'm all in on trying to figure out if there is a way to copy these over while picking up any changes that happen as well.

Been down this road with no success to show.
Apple makes it very difficult to play nice between it and outlook. Hope someone else has some ideas.

Thanks. Was hoping I could somehow get it to sync with my Outlook app on the phone, which is tied to my work email and our personal Outlook account with the calendars. I think I found a way to log into the TeamSnap website with our team's info and sync that, but it is only syncing to my work Outlook calendar. I guess we'll try it on her laptop and see if it takes from there.

If your family Outlook calendar is via 365, you can use Power Automate (use to be called Flow). You can have an event that will sync anything with anything.

Thanks. I’ll give those a shot.

Any luck?
Had her log in to my TeamSnap account through the browser on her MacBook then download the calendar to her Outlook from there. Only way I could get it to work. Most of that due to restrictions on my work laptop.
