Trouble with ESPN App on Firestick

Hello, I'm having issues with signing into DirectTV on the ESPN app via Firestick. I'll click to watch Sportscenter, then I'l have to sign into DirectTV. Once I sign in, I get a message saying this channel is not a part of my package. Which is bullshite. I'll click sportscenter again and it'll make me sign in to DirectTV again. And it's just an endless loop of this. ESPN app is still working on my phone and computer. Just not on any of my TV's using a firestick. I've done all the trouble shooting steps... Uninstall/reinstall app, clear cache, unplug firestick. Nothing is working. Any ideas?

I know in the past i had issues with signing in using a borrowed account because it would fallback to my home Cox account which did not have ESPN since I was on my home internet. May be falling back to your ISP for authentication.

Delete app and then download it again. This has happened to me before. One other thing you could try is to clear the data for the ESPN app under the applications tab in settings. Then select manage installed applications

Keep logging in. We used to have this problem frequently. It doesn't happen anymore but if we do, we just log in repeatedly until it works.
