I have a regular pixel that is still in tip top shape. I've had charging issues and issues with apps force quitting that I have remedied, but they have left a sour taste in my mouth about the pixel in general. Verizon is offering $300 statement credit for trading in pixel toward a new Galaxy s9. Is that too good of a deal to pass up?

You would be going from a near stock android experience to a bloatdroid experience. I would be hesitant to make that move, but my preference is a droid that I can unlock the bootloader on and flash.

My S9 plus gets delivered tomorrow.
The selling points for me were the camera, and it is the first Android phone with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor in the US. The processor brings the X20 LTE modem supporting 1.2 Gbps wireless network downloads, an improved Bluetooth 5 radio.

My wife has a pixel and pre-ordered the s9

I got a note 8 (had a note 5) the other day and I'm thinking of returning it for the s9+. Love the pen, but man this fingerprint scanner has been a PITA so far when buying using Samsung pay. Much better placement on the S9.
