I wouldn't buy a desktop PC without an SSD. (Solid-State Drive.)

Instead of using spinning platters it's a drive more akin to RAM.

Much faster. It's honestly the single biggest improvement in PC "snappiness" in the last decade+. Don't purchase a PC that doesn't at least have an SSD for the boot drive.

Here was the link. The deal sold out in less then 24 hours so I waited too long. I wanted it for general office work and some gaming. Nothing hard core.

Maybe you guys could comment so I'll know when to jump in the future.

Unfortunately, the link didn’t give much more information. The cpu and gpu were both really good, but everything else about that model is awful. I thought I recognized it when I saw the image, but just confirmed that’s the model Gamer’s Nexus reviewed not too long ago. YouTube link: LINK

Would have been a better buy a year ago, as this price would have been worth it to get a 5800x and a 3060. But now? That's a lot of e-waste to sort through to get to components that you can now buy off the shelf pretty much whenever you want.

Plus, frick Dell
